Aqua Flyboarding USA has come to Parker, Arizona!! For their 2013 summer season they are operating at the Blue Water Resort & Casino from May 4 through October 15. We're in front of the Beachfront Cantina. The FlyBoard is an accessory that attaches to the jet discharge of a personal watercraft (PWC). The PWC is the "engine" that propels the FlyBoard through the air and water using the thrust created by the PWC.
